February 2011....leveling up, from point and shoot digital camera, I had my first DSLR, Nikon D7000 - with 18-105 kit and 50mm 1.8 g lenses.   Considering myself a newbie to photography. I enjoy the never ending challenges of learning the basics, exploring the different  techniques  and knowing the functions and features of my camera. I appreciate very much all the encouragement.

 

Photography is fun and interesting!   I've got the opportunity to (or trying to) capture nice images of life's beauty and wonderful moments, and also share them to my family and friends.

May 2015, I got my Fujifilm XT1 with Fujinon 10-24mm F4 lens - perfect for my travel and landscape photography.  I am loving the mirrorless fujifilm system, compact with excellent image quality. 

 

July 2016, I added Fujinon 50-140mm F2.8 telephoto lens - I would call it "The Beast" because of its size and weight but the Image Quality  (bokeh and sharpness) is amazing.

In December 2016, I had my Fujinon 16-55mm F2.8 mid-range lens to complete my "Fuji Trinity of Zoom Lenses" - all ready for travel and landscape photography.

May 2019, was the time to upgrade!  I got my second body Fujifilm XT3 and later that year, I added the Fujinon 56 mm F1.2  lens for its size, bokeh and image quality.

More lenses - 2021, I had my Fujinon 18mm f1.4 prime and in 2022, I got my first third party lens, which is a fisheye-ultra wide angle TTartisan 7.5mm F2.
